How are your fees structured?
How are your fees structured?
Most engagements are quoted as a fixed monthly or annual fee based on transaction volume, payroll size and the number of returns. You receive the figure in writing before any work begins, and it does not change unless the scope does.
Can you take over from our current accountant?
Can you take over from our current accountant?
Yes, and it is routine. With your written authorisation we request the prior year files and CRA access, then reconcile the opening balances before we begin. Most transitions are complete within two to three weeks.
Do we have to meet in person?
Do we have to meet in person?
No. Most clients work with us entirely remotely, with documents exchanged through a secure portal. If you prefer to meet at the office, you are very welcome.
What accounting software do you work in?
